This is from the Vietnam Nurse's memorial in Washington, DC. I was lucky enough to be there right after it was dedicated. It's a short walk from the main Vietnam Memorial on the Mall.
Going to the Memorial is something of a gut-wrenching experience, for a variety of reasons, so I was fortunate to be able to focus my camera at all. Perhaps autofocus would have been appropriate.
